Includes E-Book - A guide to the ACTIVATION™ DIET and low calorie Recipes for Success (Health and Beauty) The combination of ingredients found in these drops are a pretty good mix although, and I didn't know this until I started taking them, the amount of each ingredient is not very much. My goals are to lose weight, increase energy, and also I heard that taking GABA will help with stress. I didn't find myself overally effected by taking these drops alone. But I did start losing weight and also feeling more energetic after starting to take hordenine powder, which is another weight loss supplement, 25 Grams Hordenine HCL 99.5% Bulk Powder. It's a natural fat-burner of sorts, I like the energy it gives me too. As a side note these drops do taste very sweet, the stevia extract definitely helps with that.
